At Cassidy Advertising & Consulting LLC, we are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. As part of that commitment, we are making efforts to ensure that Cassidy Advertising clients, including persons with disabilities, have an accessible user experience. In doing so, Cassidy aims to comply with applicable accessibility regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

We are actively striving for our website to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are a globally recognized standard for web accessibility and provide recommendations for making web content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities. We are also firmly dedicated to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Titles II and III, Ohio Personal Privacy Act, Ohio Fairness Act, and other applicable accessibility laws.

As we work toward meeting the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard, we continue to develop our digital accessibility compliance program, which includes coordination with our accessibility partners, as well as designing, developing, and testing Cassidy’s website and online services for conformance to the standards.
